Technical Product Manager
Integratech develops and supplies functional LED lighting to installers and lighting planners in the Benelux. As a Technical Product Manager based in Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, you will help determine which products are included in the range and monitor their quality. Together with the TPM team, you will build the supply base, analyze specifications, and work with an international network of suppliers on ready-made and custom-made lighting solutions. This is a permanent position of 39 to 40 hours per week, with a gross monthly salary of €4.500 to €5.500, a company car, a 13th month bonus, and 32 vacation days.
About the feature
You are jointly responsible for the quality, composition, and renewal of Integratech's product range. You are not alone: together with your colleagues and an international network of suppliers, you ensure that Integratech remains the leading brand in functional LED lighting.
- Product portfolio: You help determine which products Integratech carries today and tomorrow.
- Supply base: Together with the TPM team, you build and maintain the supplier base, evolving with the latest market trends.
- Product knowledge and changes: You build in-depth product knowledge and implement changes, internally in collaboration with the various departments and externally with domestic and international suppliers.
- Supplier management: You maintain contact with existing suppliers, monitor the product range, and contribute ideas regarding developments and opportunities within the product line.
- Specifications and customization: You analyze specifications from a technical perspective and examine how Integratech can meet the demand. This can be done with a ready-made product solution, with modifications to it, or with a completely new custom-made application.
Candidate profile
What do you bring
Requires:
- A higher technical education (bachelor or master) in electrical engineering, electricity/electronics, or renewable energy, or an equivalent level through experience
- A strong technical foundation in lighting
- Analytical skills and a sense of responsibility: you get energy from developing the right (custom) solution for a technical problem.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude
Pre:
- Experience with project follow-up
- Knowledge of applicable lighting standards
- Commercial acumen in both sales and purchasing
- Experience with lighting controls, home automation, central control systems, and/or LED
- Experience in analyzing and presenting technical-commercial information
