Sales Manager Netherlands
Integratech supplies functional LED lighting to installers and lighting planners in the Netherlands. As Sales Manager Netherlands, you lead the Dutch sales team, determine the commercial strategy, and are responsible for growing the market position. You work remotely from the Netherlands, 36 to 40 hours per week on a permanent contract, and earn €5.000 gross per month for 36 hours to €6.000 gross per month for 40 hours, including a lease car, 13th month bonus, and 32 vacation days.
About the feature
You are strategically and operationally responsible for Integratech's commercial results in the Netherlands. You translate the commercial vision into concrete revenue and manage the sales team accordingly.
- Strategy and growth: You develop and implement the sales strategy with which Integratech further strengthens its market position in the Netherlands.
- Leadership: You lead, coach, and motivate the Dutch sales team and focus on results and development.
- Relationship management: You build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners in the installation and lighting market.
- Market knowledge: You closely follow market trends and competition and translate them into new commercial opportunities.
You work remotely from the Netherlands and decide for yourself how to structure your week between client visits, team management, and your own commercial projects. Integratech is financially sound and part of an international group, with short lines of communication and room for personal initiative. In the Netherlands, the brand is a fast-growing challenger: you have a direct influence on how that position develops.
Candidate profile
What do you bring
Requires:
- Completed higher professional education, preferably in a technical field
- Relevant experience as a sales manager in a B2B environment
- Experience with a (lighting) technical product
- Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Living in the Netherlands
- Independence and structure suited to a remote position

- Experience in the lighting industry or with LED lighting
- Network among installers, lighting planners, or electrical wholesalers
