Working (entrepreneurship) at Voltys Executive Search & Recruitment Breda (Hybrid) means a great deal of freedom and personal responsibility and requires combined talent. We believe in 360-degree recruitment.
You are primarily responsible for your own client portfolio (both clients and candidates), but at the same time, you will also collaborate with other colleagues on commercial recruitment projects for vacancies at HBO and university level.
Activities:
- Account management (Sales) networker and strategy rollout
- Sourcing; of (often scarce) candidates in the market;
- Marketing and social media activities;
- Establishing and maintaining contact with clients and candidates;
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and to the further development of Voltys and yourself;
- Achieving revenue targets by placing candidates with companies.

Voltys specializes in placing professionals with a higher professional or university education. We focus primarily on commercial, management, and executive positions within the Building Materials, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Interior Construction & Design, Industry, and Engineering sectors.
Terms and conditions of employment;
Growth to €10.000 per month within three years is very realistic. That is the minimum salary a recruitment partner at Voltys earns after three years as an entrepreneur. We would be happy to tell you more about it.
It doesn't matter that much where you live, but we do try to meet at the office in Breda at least one day a week.
