Due to this growth in projects, particularly in charging systems and energy transition solutions, we have room for new talent within the following profile: Project Manager - Contract Manager | EV Charging (Flanders) (m/f).
Tasks (not limited to)
- Contribute to tenders and/or major client requests based on your expertise;
- Preparation and execution of client contracts (such as SLAs, CPO/eMSP) and client (partial) assignments (including site inspections, internal and external management of technicians, material provision, contact with partners/suppliers, etc.);
- Processing and handling of orders in online systems ( Exact, Monday, Teams);
- Orderly handling of as-built, handover to the service/management phase.
Candidate profile
As Project Manager/Contract Manager for EV Charging, you add expertise to the company with your technical background. This can be from the disciplines of ICT or Electrical Engineering. Depending on your ambition and experience level, you are responsible for a client/contract and the resulting (sub)projects from order to delivery; all in close consultation with one of our account managers, the client, and your supervisor. Our tender manager and account managers handle securing contracts, while you ensure customer satisfaction during execution.
You report to the Sales Manager as part of the Chargewell team. Industry-specific knowledge will be reviewed with you in detail.
Requirements
- Good command of Dutch and English, and preferably also French;
- Bachelor level, for example in Electrical Engineering or ICT;
- Relevant experience, e.g. NEN 1010, 3140; Project-based work;
- Working hours between 08:00 and 17:00, both at the office and at clients';
- VCA VOL is a plus;
- Driving license;
- Stress-proof, accurate and structured;
- Communicative, customer-oriented demeanor.
