Job description
In this position, you are responsible for achieving the department's annual objectives. Supply Chain ManagementTogether with the Operations Manager Netherlands, you develop the policy and strategy for the Supply Chain environment.
Your primary goal is to ensure good communication between the Warehouse, Inventory Planning, and Distribution departments. Specifically, you will drive the optimization of the entire Supply Chain in terms of costs and the “continuous improvement” of the logistics process.
Candidate profile
We are looking for someone who feels at home in an informal, hectic environment and is stress-resistant. You have vision, can think numerically, and possess analytical skills. You are decisive and know how to translate this analysis into policy and strategy. You are a true team player with leadership qualities and motivate the employees (approx. 20) in such a way that they perform their tasks proactively and independently. With your experience, you possess the qualities to get the most out of your team. You are a very strong communicator, and your personality enables you to persuade and influence others.
Excellent mastery of the Dutch en English language. Proficiency in the Duitse Language is a plus. You also possess excellent skills in the field of ERP, a solid knowledge database knowledge SQL is an absolute must (e.g. QlikView) and analytical skills (Expert Excel, VBA, Applied Statistics).
We require a minimum for this position HBO+ work and thinking levelA rounded HBO Logistics or university degree supplemented with courses in the field of Supply Chain Management( Lean, Black movable bands, Six Sigma) On Stock Management. In addition, you are a APICS - CSCP
