Job description
As a Junior Client Lead at PSLab in Amsterdam, you will expand the studio's network within the Dutch architecture and design world. You will seek out relevant architects, designers, and creative studios, establish contact and maintain those relationships, and welcome people to the PSLab studio. You will work closely with our Senior Business Developer and the design teams. You will earn €2.000 – €3.000 gross per month, depending on your experience, for 36 to 40 hours per week, with the prospect of a permanent contract – at an international lighting design agency that designs and manufactures custom lighting in-house.
About the feature
You have one main goal: to make PSLab visible to the right people in the Dutch design and architecture world, and to connect the studio's work to the projects where it belongs. You do this from behind your desk as well as in the studio, at events, and at showroom presentations.
What you do:
- Researching and mapping relevant architects, designers, and creative studios
- Establishing contact, follow-up, and building relationships within the Dutch architecture and design community
- Bringing in new conversations and opportunities for PSLab
- Receiving guests and hosting conversations and meetings in the PSLab studio
- Becoming the face of PSLab within the Dutch design world
- Co-support projects, together with the design and senior teams
You are present where the market is: from studio visits and events to showroom presentations and networking opportunities. These sometimes take place in the evening. Your base is the studio in Amsterdam, from where PSLab services projects in the Benelux. You work side-by-side with the senior business developer, who guides you through the approach, the conversations, and the network.

This position is also suitable for entry-level candidates. If you have a relevant internship or initial work experience within the creative sector, you are eligible – your salary will be tailored to your skills and experience.
Requires:
- HBO or university degree
- Living in or around Amsterdam and familiar with the Dutch creative scene
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Interested in architecture, interior design, and culture
- Energy, social skills, and self-confidence in conversations with professionals
- Enjoy meeting people and building relationships
- A proactive attitude: you take initiative yourself and do not wait.
- Willingness to occasionally be present in the evenings for events and networking opportunities
