Commercial Technical Advisor Smart Lighting – Nijkerk
As a Commercial Technical Advisor at Unifit in Nijkerk, you advise consultants, installers, and end-users on smart lighting solutions based on Casambi. You are the substantive sparring partner for lighting control and building automation, guide projects from inquiry to completion, and translate technical possibilities into solutions that work in practice. You earn €3.500 – €4.500 gross per month for 32 to 40 hours, with the prospect of a permanent contract, in a small team where your contribution is immediately visible.
About the feature
You work in a technical-commercial role at the intersection of consulting, sales, and project management. Consultants and installers approach you with questions regarding lighting control; together with them, you determine which Casambi solution fits and remain involved until the project is up and running.
What you do:
- Advising on and selling Casambi solutions for smart lighting and light control
- Building and maintaining relationships with consultancy firms, installers, and end users
- Managing projects from initial request to completion
- Assisting with system integrations within various installations
- Translating technical possibilities into practical, user-friendly applications
- Contributing ideas regarding product choices and applications within the assortment
You switch between technology and commerce daily: one moment you are explaining to an installer how a wireless lighting control system relates to the existing installation, the next you are drafting a proposal for a consultant developing a project.

What do you bring
Requires:
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in electrical or installation technology
- Affinity with lighting control, smart lighting, lighting technology, or building automation
- Commercial insight and strong communication skills
- Practical insight and a solution-oriented, proactive attitude
- Independence, combined with the willingness to work in a small team
- Good command of the English language
Pre:
- Proficiency in the German language
- Experience with Casambi, DALI, KNX, or similar lighting control systems
