Will you introduce the South of the Netherlands to our fantastic sustainable building products?
You actively bring PIF to the attention of the following target groups;
- Construction companies
- Professional intermediaries
- Processors
- Contracting
- and you seize opportunities in projects that you identify
Furthermore, you are also actively working on increasing the name recognition and brand awareness of PIF.
Your average workday consists of approximately 60% generating new business and 40% optimizing existing business, in other words, relationship management. The region for which you are responsible is the Southern Netherlands. This region offers plenty of opportunities.
Candidate profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Knows from experience how the construction industry works
- conquers the market with a good market penetration plan and great enthusiasm
Furthermore, you have a strong personality and fit well within an informal organization where open and transparent communication is the norm.

About the organisation
PIF is a Dutch manufacturer of reflective insulation systems. The products have various USPs. Consequently, PIF is no longer a startup, but a scale-up. PIF will soon move to new premises, expanding production capacity.
In addition to its own production and product development, PIF also has its own training center for professionals.
PIF focuses on three sales channels, with institutional homeowners holding the largest market share. In addition, wholesalers and professional processors are key focal points. PIF also produces private labels for other market players.
PIF is an ambitious manufacturer. Sustainable construction is an essential part of energy conservation and the reduction of CO₂ emissions. PIF’s in-house developed products make a significant contribution to this. Due to the energy transition, demand will increase. As a result, PIF will continue to grow strongly in the coming years, including internationally.
