With a small team, you will work on commercial projects within architectural lighting and advise clients on custom lighting solutions. By architectural lighting, we mean distinctive light designs aimed at impressing the public. Special lighting solutions have a major impact on employees, visitors, and, of course, customers. It is important that, as an Account Manager at XAL, you maintain good contact with architects, lighting consultants, installers, consultancy firms, project and building owners, investors, etc., and are also able to give project presentations to bind them to XAL.
Within the XAL and Wever & Ducré organization in the Netherlands, your primary focus is on advising on XAL's technical lighting solutions in the projects market, while naturally incorporating Wever & Ducré's decorative lighting into your projects.
Naturally, you will be assisted by a lighting designer and a technical sales internal team. They will support you in developing the plans you have created.

To be successful in the role of Account Manager at XAL, you are expected to:
- You are skilled at building and maintaining a network.
- You are interested in light, light design, and lighting control systems, and possess sufficient knowledge regarding these.
- You are a driven salesperson who wants to put their talent into getting various customers excited about XAL.
- You are highly skilled in communication and enjoy having and maintaining contact with customers.
- You can take responsibility for projects from start to finish.
- You have (commercial) experience in the lighting industry and therefore also have knowledge of how the project market operates.
- You have completed at least a higher professional education.
- You are available full-time.
