Her career spans photometry, spectrometry, agricultural and applied lighting solutions, entertainment technology, software, and even a little pinball thrown in for authenticity.

With a focus on the Nordic region, LJ recruits across the Danish lighting market and supports organizations seeking technical, commercial, and leadership talent—even when targeting candidates beyond the region. Having built and hired teams throughout her marketing and commercial career, she believes successful organizational development is about recruiting for evolution, not just execution. A Chicago native, LJ has lived and worked in Mexico, Germany, Denmark, and the Netherlands, bringing real-world experience to international and cross-border recruitment.
